Aftersales Service

1. We will follow the shipment for clients, and clients need to check if the situation of the cargo is good after they receive the shipment.

2. Due to the high expense of the air shipment, if there’s any broken products during shipment we can’t repair or change for you. But we will provide 1% free accessories with the shipment for you to repair or change the broken parts.
3. For other situations, We promise to offer you prompt, efficient and comprehensive aftersales services, Any quality problem or business support can be negotiated with us regarding to the products.

Maintenance

1. Make sure using the rated voltage and rated frequency shown on the nameplate

2. Do not switch on the power before the device is working

3. Regular maintenance should be carried out every year

4. Never clean the heater with petrol, benzene, thinner or other similar chemicals

5. Never let water or other liquids enter the motor

International Standard

There are many air curtains in the market now. To choose a right air curtain you need to learn more about the international standards. Here we will share some info about international standards to help you find the air curtain you need. There are different requirements in different applications.

NSF/ANSI37-2009 Air curtain for Entranceways for Food and Food Service

 Service window air curtains requirements
When operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, the air curtain shall have a minimum 8.0 in (200 mm) air stream depth and an air velocity of at least 600 feet per minute (fpm) (183 meters per minute[mpm]). The measurement point shall be at 1/3 the distance of the vertical opening above the service window counter top.
 Customer entry air curtains requirements
When operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, the air curtain shall have a minimum 8.0 in(200 mm) air stream depth and an air velocity of at least 600 fpm (183 mpm). The measurement point shall be at a distance of 3.0 ft ± 0.25 in (0.9 m ± 6.0 mm) above the floor.
 Service entry air curtains requirements
When operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, the air curtain shall have a minimum 3.0 in (75 mm) air stream depth, and air velocity of at least 1600 fpm (488 mpm). The measurement point shall be at 3.0 ft ± 0.25 in (0.9 m ± 6.0 mm) above the floor.
 
You could see from the info above, to find the right air curtain for you, You can’t just see what’s the max air velocity or air volume. You need to discuss with the seller about the application area of the air curtain you need. Like the air pressure, weather, location.
