Why do we need the air curtain?

Why do we need the air curtain?

(1) Fresh-keeping function: The air curtain machine can prevent the strange smell from the machinery such as chemical laboratory or store storage room and frozen meat, and can block the harmful gas emitted by the car outside. When it comes to how to prevent the outflow of cold and hot air from the air conditioner, experts put forward suggestions: the organic combination of the air curtain and the air conditioner can effectively solve the problems of the outflow of cold and hot air from the air conditioner.

(2) Negative ion function: produce active oxygen, improve lung function, promote metabolism, improve sleep, sterilize, create fresh air, eliminate smoke and dust, prevent myopia, and prevent hair from split ends due to static electricity.

What are the air curtain setting conditions?

1) When the air curtain is located in severe cold areas, public buildings and industrial buildings in cold areas, and there are no door buckets and front rooms for frequently opened external doors;

2) For public buildings and industrial buildings, when the production or use requirements of air curtains do not allow to reduce the indoor temperature, or when the installation of hot air curtains is reasonable after technical and economic comparison.

What are the general parameters of the air curtain?

1. The air supply temperature of the air curtain should be ≤50℃. The air supply temperature of the tall outer door is less than or equal to 70℃. The outlet wind speed is generally 4 to 9m/s.

2. When choosing an air curtain, two indicators of outlet wind speed and noise should be paid attention to. These two indicators directly reflect the pros and cons of product quality. The noise (sound pressure level) limit of the air curtain does not exceed the regulations.

3. The working environment temperature of hot water and steam air curtain is 5℃~40℃, and the relative humidity is less than 90%.

4. The working environment temperature of the electric heating air curtain is -10℃~40℃, and the relative humidity is less than 90%. In one of the following situations, the electric heating air curtain cannot be used: there is corrosive gas; flammable and explosive place; dust is large; steam diffuses and condenses; there is gas or dust that can damage electrical insulation.
