1. The inlet steam temperature of the medium conveyed by the duct fan should generally not be greater than 40 °C.
2. The content of particles in the medium should not exceed 100mg/m3, and the large size of the particles should not exceed half of the small work gap.
3. During operation, the bearing temperature should not be higher than 95℃, and the lubricating oil temperature should not be higher than 65℃.
4. The operating pressure shall not be higher than the boost range specified on the nameplate.
5. When the duct fan is running, the oil level of the main oil tank and the auxiliary oil tank must be between the two red lines of the oil level gauge.
a. If heat removal or heat removal is required, the roof duct fan should be set first as much as possible;
b. When heating, cooling or fresh air needs to be supplied, the warm air or cold air should flow through the location of the staff as much as possible, so more duct fans or side wall fans are used;
c. For firefighting and smoke exhaust, roof fans or hoisting air ducts should be used first, so duct fans are often used;
d. Make use of natural air flow as much as possible (the location and form of the fan should be set reasonably).
